My girls love to climb in the hay bar
I used to use this metal one to feed the piggy but it was so easy for her to take it all out most of it went to waste. But with this hay dispenser it's more of a challenge for her to eat around it or open another hole. I also like that the cardboard feeder is recyclable. I love it, I will keep coming back.
My piggies really like this hay bar. I like that there is always clean hay available. While I might sprinkle some loose hay in their kitchen area, it's not long before they flatten it out and probably pee on it. Using these hay bars always means you always have clean hay up off the floor of the cage. There is a LOT of hay in the bar. Sometimes, I do have to push some of the hay down towards the bottom holes when my girls eat the hay at the lower part of the bar. The cutest thing is my old gal who is five loves when the bar gets close to empty she loves to crawl inside and hang out and munch away. My pigs prefer the taste of this hay over all others I've tried.

My geriatric/senior guinea pig, Hurley, loves your hay bar. His partner used to stand on his hind legs to reach the "better" hay at the top. Hurley is 8 and now enjoys spending time with our cat Binx, a surrogate guinea pig.

Worst hay, full of mud, brown-pathetic quality
So far the hay pack seems a hit with my daughter's guinea pigs. They seem to like it more than the hay I was purchasing at PetSmart. It lasts 2 guinea pigs about 3.5 weeks. I ordered a box of 5 packs and I keep them in a plastic tote with a lid to keep it fresh. So far so good!

I have been purchasing the 5-pack Hay Bar from GuineaDad for almost 2 years now for my 4-year-old guinea girls. I love the ease of providing them with fresh hay that isn't messy, like bags of hay can be. Each pack lasts my 2 girls about 1.5 weeks and the convenience of having 5 packs at a time is great! I know it's getting time to give them a new pack when they start to burrow into the package for the best hay that's left! My guinea pigs, love their hay boxes! One box last about two weeks for me, and my piggies really enjoy eating through the hay in the box and then sometimes even laying and playing in the box. The hay is so fresh and soft. It is way better quality than the store-bought hay which is very crunchy and dry. It also keeps their cage cleaner since it’s all in one contained spot. It is so worth it , as are all of my guinea Dad products so far!

My guinea boys love the hay so much, they pull it out and sleep on it and dive into the box. I've bought different brands of hay bundles, but GuineaDad is the best. Wish there were more fluffy hay bits, though!

Our 4 girls took a few days to figure it out, but now they are in love with their hay bars! They crawl in, chomp for hours, and can't believe they are such lucky piggies! My three girls love it! I put it at an angle so they don’t pull out too much hay and it lasts a little longer. It also adds a little tunnel, which the little ones LOVE going through.

I have to admit that this hay is way cleaner and greener than any hay from a pet shop. I just place the bag in the cage and forget about constant refreshment. I also love this cover made of the safe material. It might look more expensive for in a long distance you just benefit as there is no dust or any leftovers that you just throw away.

Ollie LOVES his hay bar! His human also loves the hay bar as well, it keeps the hay contained to one area, which keeps his cage cleaner and I love that it comes prepackaged and I don’t have to really touch the hay or mess with it, it’s been great for my allergies! If you are looking for high quality hay, something easy to use, less dust and less mess and something you’re pigs will love, then I would definitely recommend the Guinea Dad hay bar. My piggies love the hay bar. Even when they've almost finished it all, they will jump inside the bar and eat hay from there. And I never realized how much hay they were wasting, they like spreading it around their cage. It's definitely a great value, and my guinea pigs are super happy with it too.
My pigs love guinea dad hay! Sometimes I tie it up...but lately ..... I've been using it for their Treat hay every night before bed. They all go bonkers when I come here about 10 o'clock again for the last time. They know what's coming!!!!!

These Hay Bars are a game changer! No more filling the hay feeder daily. No more loose hay all over the floor. Our guinea pig loves these too! They last a full 2 weeks and by the second week it's empty enough for him to climb inside and hide. He also loves chewing the cardboard.

Jack and Gus are SUPER fussy. I’ve tried pet store hay, hay from a local farm, and hay from suppliers on Amazon. They tend to set aside the textures they do not like and only eat the soft first cut; making the cage a huge hay mess! They love your hay. They eat the hay, the box, and find ways to tunnel and sleep in the hay. Always lots of popcorning when I pull more hay down.

My girls enjoy the Timothy Hay and I also mix it up with the Orchard Hay. Our g-pig girls are very important to our family and keeping them healthy and happy is not only our priority but Sean's (Guineadad) as well. I have experienced great communication and customer service. I have never had a company contact me before to ensure satisfaction. The auto ship option is perfect for my busy family. My girls will never run out of high quality hay. I greatly enjoy the way the hay is packaged. It keeps my girls busy while remaining relatively mess free. Plus they love to play with the bag when it is nearing empty.
Our girls love going to the Hay Bar! They eat every piece. With other brands of Timothy Hay, 3/4ths would go uneaten. They’d throw it out of their habitat! It was a mess. They hated the course, white pieces. With Guinea Dad’s Hay Bar, they eat every piece. And they also like the challenge and success of pulling out individual strands of hay. No more mess! My piggies seem to enjoy the hay, but for me, I don’t like how messy and small the pieces are. Almost like hay “crumbs.” I do not think I will be repurchasing because I have found another brand that my piggies also like with much longer pieces of hay for them to munch on. I will say that I appreciate the amount of hay in the GuineaDad box and the price is good for the abundance of hay received.
This is the only hay our gang will eat! Any other they dislike. They love to sleep in and eat it. 😄 It’s always green, crisp, perfect. Unlike most store bought brands which are course and either white or brown (not matter what type you purchase). Thanks Guinea Dad!!

I love the hay from Guinea dad. We started with the hay box which I liked as well. My pigs do well with the hay bar. It is easy to attach to their cage and they seem to make less of a mess with it. I am allergic to hay so the guinea dad hay has been a life saver. I dont have to handle the hay and it has a lot less dust and stuff that gets into the air so my allergies are so much better. Plus it is nice to have it delivered to my house.
